Job Description

About Us

For generations, our organization has worked with working families across North America, helping individuals access and understand benefit programs available through their unions and membership organizations.

Through partnerships with thousands of unions and affiliated groups, we provide members with personalized information and support regarding programs designed to help protect themselves and their families. As a fully unionized benefits organization, our approach is centered on professionalism, dependable service, and building lasting relationships with the communities we serve.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our remote team and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy communicating with people and providing personalized support.

In this position, you will connect with union members who have requested information regarding their available benefits. You'll guide members through the information provided to them, answer their questions, and help ensure they understand the options available for themselves and their families.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Meeting with members by phone or video conference
  • Organizing and conducting scheduled virtual appointments
  • Reviewing available benefit programs with members
  • Presenting information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  • Answering questions and addressing individual concerns
  • Completing electronic applications and documentation accurately
  • Maintaining organized member information and records
  • Following up with members when additional assistance is required
  • Building professional, long-term relationships with the families you assist
What We Provide

We offer the training, technology, and ongoing support needed to develop within the position and pursue long-term career growth.

  • 100% Remote Environment — work virtually from home
  • Weekly Compensation — with additional performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Flexible Full-Time Schedule — greater independence when organizing your working hours
  • Residual Earnings — opportunity to receive qualifying ongoing renewal commissions
  • Structured Training — comprehensive training provided when you begin
  • Ongoing Mentorship — continued coaching and professional development
  • Career Advancement — performance-based opportunities for growth and leadership
  • Health Benefits — qualifying health, dental, and vision coverage available
  • Travel Incentives — opportunities to qualify for company-sponsored trips to destinations such as Cancun, Puerto Rico, Las Vegas, Disney, and the Bahamas
What We're Looking For

We're interested in individuals who are dependable, motivated, and comfortable working with people in a virtual environment.

Successful candidates typically demonstrate:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and personable communication
  • Good organization and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely
  • Willingness to learn and receive coaching
  • Genuine interest in assisting and educating others
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, client relations, or other people-focused environments can be beneficial but is not required.

If you're looking for a remote opportunity that combines professional development, flexibility, and long-term growth potential, we encourage you to apply.
