Snake River Pool & Spa is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to join our Treasure Valley team.

You do not need previous sales experience to be successful in this role. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide the product and sales training you need to grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone with retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

As a Junior Sales Specialist, you'll work directly with customers while learning our products and sales process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers and help create a welcoming showroom experience
• Test pool and spa water and help customers choose the right treatment solutions
• Sell chemicals, accessories, and wellness products
• Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
• Learn about hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, and other wellness products
• Assist customers on the sales floor when Sales Representatives are helping other customers
• Support promotions and in-store events
• Help maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked showroom
• Develop the product knowledge and sales skills needed to advance into a Sales Representative position
• Work across multiple Treasure Valley locations as needed

• Have customer service or retail experience — preferred, but not required
• Have sales experience — a plus, but not required
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Are comfortable working at multiple Treasure Valley locations as business needs require

Team members who demonstrate strong customer service, product knowledge, reliability, and sales ability will be considered first as Sales Representative opportunities become available.

• $17–$20/hour DOE
• Commissions upon completion of BioGuard training module
