Job Description

ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary is seeking an experienced Part-Time Contract Security Officer (CSSO) to support the company's industrial security program within a highly regulated cleared environment. The CSSO will support personnel security, classified information protection, physical security, security education, compliance activities, and daily security operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience processing personnel security actions, maintaining security records, supporting compliance requirements, and working independently within a fast-paced security environment.

Key Duties

• Support personnel security processing activities, including clearance actions, transfers, reinvestigations, debriefings, and related security requirements.

• Maintain personnel security records and supporting documentation.

• Assist with classified document accountability, safeguarding, transmission, and storage requirements.

• Support facility security, access control, visitor management, and security inspections.

• Conduct and support security briefings, training, and security awareness activities.

• Identify, document, and escalate security incidents and potential security concerns as appropriate.

• Assist with government and customer security reviews, inspections, and audits.

• Ensure compliance with applicable government security regulations, policies, and contractual requirements.

• Provide security guidance to cleared personnel and support daily security operations.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph.

• 3-5 years of industrial security and/or personnel security experience in a cleared environment.

• Experience processing personnel security actions and maintaining security records.

• Working knowledge of NISPOM and other applicable security regulations.

• Experience supporting government security inspections, audits, or compliance reviews.

• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting intelligence community or other highly classified programs.

• Experience working with government security representatives.

• Familiarity with personnel security processing systems.

• Experience supporting Insider Threat or related security programs.

• Security-related training, certifications, or professional development coursework.

Compensation

• $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
