This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager based in United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a major product initiative within an AI-driven B2B SaaS environment.
You will own the product strategy, market thesis, KPIs, prioritization, and investment case while maintaining a strong focus on customer and business outcomes.
The role requires both strategic depth and hands-on product execution, from defining long-term direction to making detailed product decisions.
You will work at the intersection of Agentic AI, Conversational AI, workflow automation, and people-focused technology.
You will use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify meaningful opportunities and translate them into innovative product experiences.
Close collaboration with engineering, marketing, support, business leadership, and other stakeholders will be essential to delivering measurable impact.
This opportunity is well suited to an experienced product leader who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and can balance near-term execution with a compelling long-term vision.

Accountabilities
  • Lead a major product initiative, defining its long-term strategy, product vision, success metrics, and KPIs.
  • Build and communicate the business case for additional product investment based on market opportunity, customer needs, and expected business impact.
  • Own the product thesis for the target market segment, including buyer profiles, customer personas, pain points, and evolving needs.
  • Conduct and synthesize market, customer, and product research to identify high-value opportunities.
  • Apply first-principles thinking, creative problem-solving, and quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
  • Translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and actionable initiatives.
  • Partner closely with engineering to identify and prioritize the most impactful product innovations.
  • Own prioritization, resolve major blockers, and drive key product milestones from definition through delivery.
  • Balance detailed product decisions with the broader strategic direction and long-term product vision.
  • Lead 0-to-1 product development and scale successful experiences from 1-to-10.
  • Drive alignment across marketing, business leadership, support, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Continuously test assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and adapt the product strategy based on customer feedback, data, and market changes.
  • Advocate for customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business and product outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional product management experience, ideally including experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to lead significant products or product areas with ownership of strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building products that automate or enhance complex manual workflows using Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or related technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience taking products from 0-to-1 and scaling products from 1-to-10.
  • Strong background in B2B product-led growth (PLG) products and B2B SaaS, particularly products involving multi-step workflows.
  • Ability to combine short-term execution with the development, testing, and refinement of a compelling long-term product vision.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product strategy and decisions.
  • First-principles thinking and the ability to approach ambiguous problems with creative, structured, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to assist, streamline, or automate manual workflows.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, talent technology, HR software, or people-focused products is a plus.
  • Experience working with advanced AI/ML technologies is a strong plus.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build alignment across engineering, marketing, support, business, and leadership teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex product strategies and trade-offs clearly.
  • High level of ownership, adaptability, and comfort making decisions in fast-moving and evolving environments.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based compensation.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Generous healthcare coverage for employees and their families.
  • Home office and productivity setup stipend.
  • Professional development budget.
  • Access to executive coaching.
  • Equity grants designed to align employee success with long-term company performance.
  • Opportunity to lead a high-impact product initiative at the intersection of AI, automation, and B2B SaaS.
  • Collaborative environment that values curiosity, openness, diversity, innovation, and strong product ownership.
  • Opportunity to work on emerging AI and machine learning technologies with significant potential for market impact.
