Job Description
RESTAURANT MANAGER – FRONT OF HOUSE
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the restaurant
- Responsible for catering operations
- Close coordination with General Manager and Kitchen manager
- Previous Managerial experience preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certification preferred
- Must be able to work with little supervision
- Ability to thrive in a high volume environment
- Each FOH Manager directly supervises employees, so previous human resource management experience is beneficial
- Previous experience with scheduling management programs, Excel and Word preferred
