Job Knowledge and Skills:-
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of patient interactions in person and by phone in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers, and electronic health record applications.
