• Active Licensure: Must possess a valid, active Colorado DORA Barber, Cosmetology or Hairstylist license in good standing.
• Location & Availability: Must have reliable transportation to the shop and availability to work a schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years of active, professional experience as a barber or stylist (experience in high-end men’s grooming or premium salon formatting preferred).
• Communication Polish: Exceptional verbal communication skills and a natural, authentic ease when interacting with a professional, discerning urban clientele.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, move, and stay dynamically active through a standard 8-hour shift, and comfortably lift up to 25 lbs as needed to support shop operations.
