Accountabilities:

As an Assistente de Processos Societários, you will support the management of corporate processes while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams. You will help ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive customer experience throughout each stage of the process.

  • Monitor and follow up on corporate legalization processes, ensuring requests progress according to deadlines and requirements.
  • Provide customer support through phone, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Act as a connection point between clients and operational teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Keep clients updated on process status, pending requirements, and requests from regulatory authorities.
  • Forward and track requests with operational teams to ensure timely resolution of demands.
  • Answer client questions and provide guidance throughout the service journey.
  • Support a high-quality customer experience, contributing to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and report situations that may impact the client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative activities related to corporate procedures.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and interested in developing expertise in corporate processes and customer service. You should have basic knowledge of corporate procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

  • Experience with customer service and client relationship management.
  • Experience or basic knowledge of corporate processes and company registration procedures.
  • Basic understanding of corporate legislation and related administrative requirements.
  • Knowledge of procedures involving company opening, amendments, and closures.
  • Familiarity with government platforms and systems such as commercial registries, tax authorities, and municipal systems.
  • Basic knowledge of municipal registration processes and updates.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
