  • This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
  • Pay rate: $24-$26/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Coordinate vendor communications, invoices, and required documentation.
  • Assist with budget tracking and departmental records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate employee luncheons and departmental events.
  • Maintain office supplies, files, and uniform inventory.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, Members, guests, and vendors.
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of administrative support experience in a professional office environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with invoice processing, recordkeeping, or budget support preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
