Are you passionate about helping others reach their full potential? Tomorrow's Hope is seeking compassionate, energetic, and dependable Therapy Technicians to join our Developmental Disabilities Agency (DDA) team.

As a Therapy Technician, you'll work directly with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build the skills needed to live more independent, meaningful, and successful lives. Every day brings opportunities to teach, encourage, and celebrate personal growth while making a lasting impact in your community.

What You'll Do

  • Teach and reinforce independent living skills
  • Support individuals in achieving personalized goals
  • Provide one-on-one and small group skill training
  • Help participants develop social, communication, community, and daily living skills
  • Collect and document progress data accurately
  • Model positive behaviors and encourage client success
  • Assist with community integration activities and outings
  • Transport participants safely to and from services and community activities
  • Work collaboratively with Developmental Specialists and team members
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and positive learning environment

Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Idaho driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to learn individualized support plans and implement programming
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Compassion, patience, and dependability
  • Desire to help others grow and succeed
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
