Job Description
Senior Manager, Marketing
The individual in this role will be responsible for executing marketing tactics for Rise Broadband within defined budget guidelines. They will be responsible for working on cross-functional teams with product management, sales, and regional general managers to facilitate achievement of the corporate plan. Goals will be based primarily upon new customer acquisition and customer retention.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Development and executing on marketing objections
- Acquisition and Life cycle Management
- Vendor Management
- Corporate Communications
- Advertising offer execution
- Digital marketing and web presence, supporting sales
- Facilitation of creative development
- Management of Marketing budget
- Direct mail scheduling and execution
- Campaign Management
- Work requires weekend and/or evening work and some travel may be required
Job Requirements
- 5 years of marketing experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation to drive for business purposes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; solid understanding of Microsoft Excel features and formulas
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Marketing experience with a focus on media buying and placement, writing copy, and web site content management
- Knowledge of direct mail campaign implementation
- Strong positive, and creative verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Working Conditions
- Employee remains in the sitting position for prolonged hours. Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
