HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

At LifeNet Health, as the Marketing Communications Operations Specialist, you will make an impact by overseeing the administrative responsibilities of digital platforms that support LifeNet Healths business goals, brand strategy, and key marketing deliverables, with a particular focus on day-to-day operations and traffic coordination systems, including Workfront, document control, and additional capability-building offerings (i.e., HubSpot assistance). This role is responsible for producing and optimizing assets for internal and external campaigns, collecting and analyzing performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement to drive engagement and brand visibility. The Marketing Communications Operations Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, as well as strategic marketing and communications management, to ensure on-brand, timely project completion for the department and enterprise.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role supports the development, execution, and optimization of marketing and communications content across digital channels, including websites, email, social media, and other branded platforms. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and maintain content, manage digital workflows and traffic coordination systems, and support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include maintaining and publishing content through content management systems, assisting with HubSpot email campaign deployment, managing templates and workflows, monitoring digital performance, and providing reporting and optimization recommendations. The role ensures all content aligns with brand standards, supports business objectives, and drives audience engagement through data-informed decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 1 year experience with oversight and administration of digital platforms, including content creation and digital media management, preferably within the healthcare, medical, or life sciences sector
• Bachelors Degree
  • Preferred: Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Production, or related field

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
