Description: Friday Workforce Solutions is seeking to fill a Parts Sales Representative position for a local provider of high-quality trailer parts and truck equipment in Fletcher, NC.

Job Duties Include:
• Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts selection and purchases
• Provide pricing, delivery info, and product recommendations
• Process sales using point-of-sale systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Load/unload inventory deliveries (use of forklift may be required)
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Other general support tasks as needed, like cleaning, sweeping, taking out trash, etc.

Qualifications:
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Great communication and people skills
• Forklift experience a plus (training available)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (team or solo lift)
• Comfortable working in a retail counter type setting
• Reliability is key!
