What We Are Looking For:
We’re searching for an office manager who serves as the pulse of the Durham office! This high energy position will be responsible for the general operations of the facility and workflow. As a gatekeeper and trusted partner, the office manager will combine enthusiasm and sound business judgement to tackle diverse administrative tasks that enable Aspida's continued growth. This position will report to the Chief People Officer and will work closely with the executive team as well as all functional areas as needed. This role is required to be onsite at our Durham office 3 days a week.
What You Will Do:
- Lead overall office administration
- Maintain executive calendars, travel coordination (domestic and international), and expense report submission
- Draft communications, including emails, memos, documents, presentations, and reports
- Attend meetings, communicate agendas, and track action items
- Help facilitate corporate events for the board, customers, and employees
- Partner with facilities and vendors to keep the office operations efficient
- Demonstrate office leadership and interpersonal skills to overcome challenges and put processes in place
- Work toward the completion of special projects, request, and assignments as appropriate
- Foster a positive team environment and represent the Aspida culture both internally and externally

Requirements:What We Require:
- 3+ years’ experience as an administrative or executive assistant supporting senior leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially capable of creating PowerPoint decks
- Experience in supporting and reconciling corporate travel expenses
- Experience in working with a board of directors in terms of communication and travel
- Proven skillset in organization, communication, time management, and multitasking
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
