Dual‑Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PMHNP) – Full‑Time & Part‑Time
Compensation: $65–$75 per hour
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; new graduates welcome
Location: Hygea Healthcare (Maryland)
Hygea Healthcare is seeking a versatile and clinically strong dual‑certified FNP/PMHNP to support integrated medical and psychiatric services across our addiction and behavioral health programs. This role is ideal for providers who enjoy whole‑person care and collaborative practice.
Key Responsibilities- Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Provide medical assessments, chronic disease management, and urgent clinical support as needed
- Complete H&Ps, medication reconciliation, and ongoing medical oversight
- Collaborate with nursing, UR, billing, and leadership to ensure compliance and medical necessity
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in Kipu
- Active FNP‑BC and PMHNP‑BC certifications
- Maryland NP license (or eligibility)
- 1–2 years of experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical foundations welcome
- Ability to manage both medical and psychiatric presentations in a behavioral health setting
- Full‑time: 32–40 hours/week
- Part‑time: 8–24 hours/week
