  • Build and scale a high-performing compliance organization capable of supporting international growth.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and ethical decision-making across the organization.
  • Act as the primary compliance authority across all business units and geographies.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory leadership roles within international organizations.
  • Strong background in AML/KYC, financial compliance, and global regulatory frameworks.
  • Deep expertise in data privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and other international standards.
  • Proven experience managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions and complex legal environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale compliance functions in high-growth or global organizations.
  • Exceptional executive presence with experience reporting to Boards and C-level leadership.
  • Strong analytical, risk management, and decision-making capabilities in high-stakes environments.
  • JD or Master’s in Law, Compliance, or related field preferred; CAMS, CCEP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to operate in confidential and sensitive contexts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level compensation package (aligned with senior leadership roles)
  • Fully remote work arrangement across global locations
  • Opportunity to build and lead a global compliance function from the ground up
  • High-level exposure to executive leadership and Board governance
