Accountabilities:

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated and consistent commercial execution across regions.
Requirements:

This role requires at least 10 years of experience in energy-focused business development, commercial strategy, or senior sales leadership, with a proven track record of scaling teams and driving global growth. Candidates should bring deep familiarity with energy markets, particularly clean energy and the broader energy transition ecosystem, along with strong leadership and strategic execution capabilities.

  • Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles within energy, utilities, OEMs, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of global energy markets and clean energy transition dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales or business development teams across multiple regions.
  • Experience developing and executing global go-to-market and growth strategies.
  • Strong ability to build strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Track record of implementing scalable commercial processes and improving pipeline performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-changing, and global environments.
  • Purpose-driven mindset with a focus on impact, collaboration, and long-term value creation.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package (based on experience and market standards)
  • Global leadership role with high strategic visibility and impact
  • Opportunity to shape and scale clean energy commercial strategy worldwide
  • Work within a mission-driven environment focused on sustainability and innovation
  • Exposure to leading utilities, OEMs, and global energy transition stakeholders
  • Strong executive collaboration and decision-making influence
  • Opportunity to build and lead a global, high-performing commercial organization
  • Career development within a fast-growing, purpose-oriented global business
