Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager in United States.
This role sits at the core of a large-scale healthcare technology platform, shaping the strategy and execution of foundational products that power multiple enterprise solutions.
You will operate at a senior level of influence, driving coherence across platform capabilities that span infrastructure, developer experience, and AI-native systems.
The position requires close collaboration with engineering, product, and external partners to ensure platform investments translate into measurable product velocity and customer impact.
You will play a key role in defining when to build, when to configure, and how to scale shared capabilities across multiple product lines.
This is a highly strategic role combining product leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional execution in a complex, regulated environment.
Your decisions will directly shape the scalability, efficiency, and long-term direction of an AI-enabled healthcare platform used at national scale.
- Define and execute a cohesive platform product strategy aligned with business priorities, engineering constraints, and customer outcomes.
- Translate leadership vision into actionable roadmaps with clear prioritization, sequencing, and measurable success criteria.
- Identify and drive cross-product leverage opportunities to maximize platform reuse and accelerate delivery across multiple product lines.
- Own backlog prioritization and execution across concurrent platform workstreams, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and sprint readiness.
- Lead coordination across engineering teams, resolving cross-team dependencies and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
- Oversee AI platform product development, including agentic workflows, model integration patterns, and AI developer tooling.
- Define and track AI platform KPIs such as adoption, integration speed, workflow efficiency, and developer productivity.
- Support large-scale implementation programs by guiding configuration vs. custom build decisions and managing long-term platform impact.
- Serve as a strategic connector across product lines, engineering, and leadership to ensure alignment on platform direction.
- Communicate complex technical and strategic trade-offs clearly to both executive and technical audiences.
- 7–10+ years of product management experience, with strong exposure to platform, infrastructure, or developer productivity products.
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent workstreams at a Principal Product Manager level with delivery accountability.
- Demonstrated experience shipping platform capabilities adopted across multiple internal teams or product lines.
- Strong technical fluency, including system design understanding and the ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML products such as LLMs, RAG systems, agentic workflows, or automation platforms.
- Experience building or managing developer tools, internal platforms, or enterprise infrastructure products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce clear strategy documents and executive-level updates.
- Strongly preferred: experience in healthcare technology, payer systems, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with AWS and SaaS platform architecture strongly valued.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations and understanding of implementation-driven product feedback loops.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect platform decisions to downstream product and engineering impact.
- Ability to make firm prioritization decisions, manage trade-offs, and communicate rationale effectively.
- Competitive annual base salary ranging from $195,000 to $230,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Opportunity to work on a high-scale, mission-critical healthcare technology platform.
- Remote-friendly work environment (#LI-Remote).
- Significant ownership and executive visibility in a Principal-level product leadership role.
- Opportunity to shape AI-native platform capabilities in a rapidly evolving enterprise ecosystem.
- Work within a stable, well-capitalized organization backed by strong financial performance and long-term investment capacity.
- Exposure to complex, large-scale implementations across regulated healthcare environments.
- Inclusive workplace culture committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity.
