The role is responsible for the day-to-day administration of corporate benefits and the accurate processing of employee data and requests.
You will work closely with employees, HR teams, benefits providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
The position combines customer service, administrative expertise, data accuracy, and knowledge of health and dental benefit regulations.
You will manage multiple requests and enrollment changes while maintaining strong controls and attention to detail.

- Support employees and HR teams by providing clear guidance and assistance regarding administered benefits, eligibility, usage rules, and operational requests.
- Process employee enrollment changes, including additions, cancellations, and updates, through health, dental, and pharmacy provider portals.
- Ensure employee records and benefit-related information are accurate, complete, and consistently updated.
- Monitor operational requests and act as an effective liaison between employees, HR teams, benefits providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve questions or issues related to benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, and utilization rules.
- Maintain administrative controls, tracking tools, and operational records to ensure requests are monitored and completed accurately and on time.
- Support the administration of benefits for large employee populations and manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to streamline benefits operations and enhance the employee experience.
- Ensure processes are performed in accordance with applicable ANS regulations and established internal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
- Help identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, data quality, and overall benefits administration efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Processes, Finance, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or employee-facing operations, preferably in high-volume environments or organizations with large employee populations.
- Practical knowledge of ANS regulations applicable to health and dental plans.
- Experience processing employee enrollment and registration changes through health, dental, and pharmacy provider portals.
- Experience with corporate benefits administration is highly valuable.
- Familiarity with multiple health and dental insurance providers is an advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with the LG system is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees, HR teams, providers, and internal stakeholders.
