5 + Years of Experience in Home Health or Geriatric Experience is highly preferred.
The Registered Nurse (RN) plans, organizes, and implements nursing services to patients in conjunction with providers.
Education – Completion of a BSN, or an ADN, from an accredited institution.
Experience – One plus years of home health and ambulatory nursing experience preferred, in areas such as public health, community health, or equivalent and experience in multicultural nursing or other social service area and commitment to community health care preferred.
Other Requirement(s) – Current WA State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.

- Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL) accrued at a rate of one (1) hour for every 30 hours worked, available for use beginning on the employee's 90th calendar day of employment.
