Golden Heart Home Services is seeking an experienced, dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Manistique office as a Supervisory RN. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, part-time hours—perfect for a retired nurse, semi-retired nurse, or RN looking to earn extra income while continuing to make a difference in the community.

Responsibilities

*Complete supervisory visits for home care clients
*Conduct new client intake assessments
*Complete client renewals and reassessments
*Provide caregiver training and education
*Ensure client care plans accurately reflect current needs
*Complete required nursing documentation in a timely manner
*Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff regarding changes in condition or care needs
*Help support quality and compliance within our Manistique service area

What We’re Looking For

*Current, unrestricted Michigan RN license
*Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
*Strong assessment and documentation skills
*Comfortable working independently in the community
*Home care, home health, hospice, or supervisory experience preferred
