  • Assist with plan audits and coordinate with auditors when required.
  • Support IRS and Department of Labor audits when assigned plans are subject to regulatory review.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing retirement plans from end to end, including plan administration and client support.
  • Strong understanding of qualified retirement plan administration, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally while demonstrating empathy toward clients.
  • Ability to remain composed and solutions-oriented when handling high-stress situations or complex customer concerns.
  • Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude toward change, with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
  • Strong interest in helping clients and solving complex problems.
  • Experience with FT William and/or ASC retirement plan administration systems is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $70,000–$75,000 annually, with the specific offer determined by location, skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
  • Additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, or equity may be available depending on the position.
