This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager based in Brazil.
This is a hands-on senior product leadership role within a global B2B SaaS environment.
You will own one or more product domains across the full lifecycle, from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
The role combines customer research, product strategy, roadmap prioritization, requirements definition, and delivery.
You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
A strong focus is placed on AI-enabled product development, using modern AI tools throughout the product management lifecycle.
You will translate complex customer problems into valuable, usable, and technically feasible product solutions.
The role also offers opportunities to mentor developing product professionals and help raise product management standards across the organization.
- Lead product strategy and execution for assigned product domains, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from continuous discovery and validation through prioritization, delivery, launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
- Conduct customer discovery through interviews, workshops, product demonstrations, research, and field engagement to identify meaningful product opportunities.
- Translate customer problems and insights into clear product opportunities, roadmap priorities, MVP definitions, and iterative delivery plans.
- Create high-quality PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, workflow documentation, and other product artifacts, leveraging AI tools throughout the process.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog using customer insights, product data, business value, dependencies, and technical considerations.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and UX teams to refine requirements, remove ambiguity, validate solutions, and support high-quality software delivery.
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, support tickets, implementation feedback, and analytics to guide prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Services teams on product launches, customer adoption, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Present product roadmaps, concepts, demonstrations, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities by analyzing customer workflows and translating them into practical product solutions.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or comparable technologies for product research, customer validation, requirements development, documentation, ideation, and prototype evaluation.
- Assess AI-enabled product concepts, workflow improvements, prototypes, and user experiences to ensure they deliver meaningful customer and business value.
- Mentor junior and mid-level product professionals where appropriate, contributing to stronger product practices and a high-performing product culture.
- 5+ years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or comparable technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience taking products from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Strong practical experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and workflow documentation.
- Proven customer discovery and product validation skills, with confidence conducting interviews, workshops, demonstrations, and customer-facing discussions.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering teams in Agile environments and/or AI-driven development lifecycles.
- Strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives using customer insights, data, business value, technical input, and dependencies.
- Solid understanding of user experience, workflow design, usability principles, and product adoption.
- Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day product management activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
- Availability for occasional domestic and international travel.
- Experience in Enterprise Asset Management, SAP, maintenance, reliability, or industrial software is advantageous.
- Experience building or managing AI-enabled software products is a plus.
- Experience identifying AI opportunities within customer workflows and translating them into product capabilities is desirable.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms, experimentation, product usage data, or related product intelligence tools is beneficial.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams is an advantage.
- Previous experience mentoring junior product or UX professionals is desirable.
- A technical background in software engineering, computer science, enterprise systems, or a related discipline is a plus.
