Job description:

RDH — $65/hr base + bonus | 3.5-day week, 4 days OFF | Highest REAL take-home in Oahu (Honolulu, Aiea, and Kaneohe)

In Hawaii, a "good" wage gets eaten by the highest cost of living in the country. We built our pay so it actually goes further.

• The pay: $65/hr base — the Honolulu market mean is $45/hr. On a cost-of-living-adjusted basis, that's +44% more real purchasing power before bonuses. On top of that: SRP, fluoride, and production bonuses that add roughly $10–14K/yr. Employer-paid health insurance included.
• The schedule: Full-time pay and benefits in a 3.5-day, 36-hour week — so you get 4 days off, every week. Two long days (7a–7p), one weekend day (8a–5p), and one flexible half day (we especially need 1p–7p coverage). Yes, it includes a weekend day — and that's exactly how you keep four full days for your life, your family, or whatever else matters. Evening and weekend differentials on top.
• The model: You work with a dedicated assistant. Room turnover and sterilization are handled — you stay in the chair doing clinical work. You see more patients comfortably, your production climbs, and your pay climbs with it.
