Join a global, fully remote talent community where software engineers can contribute to challenging technology projects and work with international teams. You’ll have opportunities to design, build, test, and maintain scalable software solutions across the full development lifecycle. The environment values ownership, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Your contributions can have direct visibility and impact across client products and services. This is an opportunity to grow your technical expertise while working flexibly from anywhere in Brazil.

Accountabilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, secure, and high-quality software following engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, architecture, and functional specifications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Build and integrate front-end and back-end components, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Investigate and resolve bugs, performance issues, technical debt, and production incidents across development environments.
  • Develop unit, integration, and automated tests to maintain application quality, stability, and reliability.
  • Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and automated delivery processes.
  • Document technical decisions, API specifications, and operational workflows to support knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  • Mentor junior developers, contribute to continuous learning, and identify technical improvements that increase engineering productivity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on software development experience with modern programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one modern front-end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue, and/or back-end technologies such as Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Django.
  • Practical experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and non-relational technologies such as MongoDB or Redis.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, RESTful API architecture, design patterns, and data structures.
  • Experience using Git and Git-based development workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Docker and containerization, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills, with a growth-oriented approach to software engineering.
  • Nice-to-have experience includes microservices, serverless computing, automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or JUnit, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Relevant cloud or programming certifications are also considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary paid in USD across LATAM.
  • 100% remote work from anywhere in Brazil and the broader LATAM region.
  • Opportunity to join a collaborative, international, and fast-growing technology team.
  • Daily collaboration with global colleagues and international teams, including teams in the United States.
  • High-visibility work with significant ownership and the opportunity to directly influence business outcomes.
  • Flexible environment that supports continuous learning, professional growth, and technical development.
  • Inclusive culture focused on collaboration, curiosity, results, and individual growth.
