Mid-Market Sales Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Representative based in Brazil.

As a Mid-Market Sales Representative, you will drive new business growth across an assigned market while managing sophisticated, consultative sales cycles. You’ll engage senior executives and key decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and develop compelling value propositions that create urgency and accelerate deals. The role combines strategic prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and relationship management within a technology-driven environment. Success will require a commercially minded approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. This is a fully remote opportunity for a sales professional based in São Paulo who is authorized to work in Brazil.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across an assigned geography or market segment, consistently working toward or exceeding sales, margin, and performance targets.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic account engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer priorities.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, uncover opportunities, anticipate objections, and establish compelling business cases.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including VP and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Present differentiated, value-driven solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI through efficiency, compliance, service excellence, and technology innovation.
  • Negotiate and close complex new-business transactions, including contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and service-level agreements.
  • Deliver persuasive executive presentations that connect customer needs with tailored solutions and strategic outcomes.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple products, services, stakeholders, and decision-making stages.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and use internal systems and cross-functional resources to optimize deal progression and solution delivery.
  • Partner with internal product, technology, and service teams to support configuration, implementation, customer experience, and continuous solution improvement.
  • Share market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive insights, and emerging trends to help inform product and technology strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry benchmarks, competitive activity, emerging technologies, privacy requirements, and relevant market developments.
  • Support customers after go-live to facilitate a smooth transition, maintain satisfaction, and strengthen long-term commercial relationships.
  • Operate with agility, accountability, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a high-performing environment, preferably within human capital, BPO, HR technology, software, or technology-enabled services.
  • Proven success leading strategic discovery conversations, identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and communicating differentiated business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to create urgency, establish priorities, and maintain momentum throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Strong track record negotiating and closing new business, including experience with commercial contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and service-level agreements.
  • Experience generating leads through proactive, targeted outreach and consistently building a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Proven ability to secure and influence executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Strong forecasting and pipeline-management capabilities across complex products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer risks, opportunities, priorities, and decision-making dynamics.
  • Ability to monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments and incorporate those insights into sales strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable mindset suited to a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness and ability to travel when required to support business objectives.
  • Must be based in São Paulo and authorized to work in Brazil.
Benefits:
  • 100% remote working arrangement.
  • Competitive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage.
  • Paid Time Off program, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
  • Volunteer Time Off to support philanthropic and community activities.
  • Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Professional development opportunities, including structured career-development programs.
  • Opportunities to connect and collaborate with colleagues across global employee impact groups.
  • Employee experience initiatives designed to foster connection, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Opportunity to work in a technology-driven, international environment focused on innovation and customer success.
  • Exposure to complex consultative sales cycles and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Opportunities for continued growth in enterprise sales, strategic account development, and solution-based selling.
