As a Mid-Market Sales Representative, you will drive new business growth across an assigned market while managing sophisticated, consultative sales cycles. You’ll engage senior executives and key decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and develop compelling value propositions that create urgency and accelerate deals. The role combines strategic prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and relationship management within a technology-driven environment. You’ll position solutions around efficiency, compliance, service quality, and innovation while building strong business cases tailored to customer priorities. Success will require a commercially minded approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes. This is a fully remote opportunity for a sales professional based in São Paulo who is authorized to work in Brazil.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability across an assigned geography or market segment, consistently working toward or exceeding sales, margin, and performance targets.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic account engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and customer priorities.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand customer challenges, uncover opportunities, anticipate objections, and establish compelling business cases.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including VP and executive-level decision-makers.
- Present differentiated, value-driven solutions that demonstrate measurable ROI through efficiency, compliance, service excellence, and technology innovation.
- Negotiate and close complex new-business transactions, including contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and service-level agreements.
- Deliver persuasive executive presentations that connect customer needs with tailored solutions and strategic outcomes.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple products, services, stakeholders, and decision-making stages.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and use internal systems and cross-functional resources to optimize deal progression and solution delivery.
- Partner with internal product, technology, and service teams to support configuration, implementation, customer experience, and continuous solution improvement.
- Share market intelligence, customer feedback, competitive insights, and emerging trends to help inform product and technology strategies.
- Stay informed about industry benchmarks, competitive activity, emerging technologies, privacy requirements, and relevant market developments.
- Support customers after go-live to facilitate a smooth transition, maintain satisfaction, and strengthen long-term commercial relationships.
- Operate with agility, accountability, critical thinking, and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a high-performing environment, preferably within human capital, BPO, HR technology, software, or technology-enabled services.
- Proven success leading strategic discovery conversations, identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and communicating differentiated business value.
- Demonstrated ability to create urgency, establish priorities, and maintain momentum throughout complex sales cycles.
- Strong track record negotiating and closing new business, including experience with commercial contracts, pricing, terms, conditions, and service-level agreements.
- Experience generating leads through proactive, targeted outreach and consistently building a healthy sales pipeline.
- Proven ability to secure and influence executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Strong forecasting and pipeline-management capabilities across complex products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer risks, opportunities, priorities, and decision-making dynamics.
- Ability to monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments and incorporate those insights into sales strategies.

- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness and ability to travel when required to support business objectives.
- Must be based in São Paulo and authorized to work in Brazil.
