You’ll help deliver great food by following recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready for service.If you’re an early riser who takes pride in consistent work, wants a predictable schedule, and enjoys being part of a team, we’d love to meet you.What You Will DoPrepare and cook biscuits according to Chick-fil-A standards.Prepare scrambled eggs and other breakfast ingredients.Prepare mac and cheese, meeting quality and portion standards.Follow recipes, preparation procedures, and food safety guidelines.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.Label, store, and rotate prepared food properly.Monitor food quality, freshness, temperature, and portion sizes.Communicate with kitchen leadership about prep levels and product needs.Work efficiently to complete all required prep on time.Assist with additional kitchen prep and cleaning tasks as needed.What We Are Looking ForReliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and food quality.Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.Restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required.ScheduleMonday–Saturday: 5:30 AM – 11:30 AMSunday: ClosedUp to 36 hours per week. Maintain food safety practices including proper handwashing, temperature checks, and safe storage. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and prep tools. Follow production lists and portioning guidelines to ensure accurate batch output. Keep the prep area clean and organized using Chick-fil-A sanitation procedures. Assist with ingredient prep, including chopping, portioning, and labeling. Monitor inventory levels and rotate stock using FIFO to minimize waste. Work effectively during early morning hours and meet scheduled production timelines. Communicate with the shift team to relay prep needs, product shortages, and equipment issues. Adhere to all company policies, including uniform and grooming standards. At Chick-fil-A, our kitchens are built on fresh, simple ingredients and the care it takes to get them right.
