The School of Global Affairs and Public Policy invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the Assistant Professor level at the Department of Public Policy and Administration. Successful candidates are expected to teach courses on International Migration and Refugees including but not limited to courses on labor migration policies; asylum policies and politics; the global governance of migration and refugees; integration, citizenship and migration; public opinion and migration; international migration and development; and qualitative migration and refugee research methodologies. Expertise in teaching global and regional governance will be an advantage. The position is a fixed-term, four-year renewable contract. Applicants should exhibit excellence in teaching, demonstrate solid scholarly potential, and show commitment to the University's mission and values.
Job Requirements:
PhD in Social Science (Migration and Refugee Studies, Public Policy, Sociology, Political Science). Proven record of teaching and research on migration and refugees in the Middle East and North
Africa.
