Alternative Family Living Provider at Mountain Area Community Services (MACS) – Marion, North Carolina

Mountain Area Community Services, Inc. is seeking a qualified individual or a long term/domesticated partnership to provide alternative living services for a young adult male with I/DD, Services are provided 24 hours a day out of your own home. This contracted position pays $60,000 per year.

Requirements:

• • High school Diploma, GED or Equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or comparable experience (Minimum of 3 years I/DD experience)
  • Residence in McDowell County area preferred, though neighboring counties in WNC would be considered
  • Valid Driver’s License with Current Vehicle insurance
  • Clean Driving record
  • Able to work flexible hours according to the needs of the services and individuals

To help offer you the tools to succeed, MACS also offers paid training such as CPR & First Aid, NCI etc.
