Early Learning Specialist – Home Visitor
Multiple locations
8-16 hours per week
Part-Time Intermittent during the 2025-2026 school year
Hourly Rate Range: $16.23-$21.07 based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedules and facilitates visits with Parent-Child Home Program (PCHP) families, models appropriate behavior within family unit; maintains appropriate program records.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; plus 2 years college in early childhood or related field; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills preferred. Bilingual/bicultural Spanish preferred.
If Hired: Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS National Fingerprint Background Checks prior to employment.
