Reports To: TBD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1630 (8.5–9 hour shifts, max 80 hours per two-week period)

Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to active-duty military personnel and other beneficiaries. Work within a multidisciplinary team to support mental health and wellness in a military clinical setting.

• Education: PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program; completion of APA-accredited internship.

• Licensure: Current, unrestricted license in any U.S. state or territory.

• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred.

• Experience: Sufficient to meet clinical competency requirements for credentialing.

• Conduct psychological evaluations, testing, and interviews.

• Diagnose per DSM-5 and provide individual and group therapy.

• Support patients coping with illness, injury, or rehabilitation.

• Maintain accurate documentation in systems such as AHLTA and MHS Genesis.

• Participate in peer review, training, and performance improvement activities.

• Adhere to ethical, legal, safety, and infection control standards.

• Engage in continuing education and annual mandatory trainings.

• Support Family Advocacy and other command programs as needed.
