Responsibilities
Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a fulltime, BoardCertified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative team at JohnstonWillis Hospital—a modern, 292bed facility serving the Richmond community for more than a century. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a stateoftheart Level III NICU featuring allprivate rooms, advanced neonatal technologies, and strong subspecialty support.

- 22bed Level III NICU with private, familycentric rooms
- NICU & Newborn ADC: ~20
- Deliveries: Approximately 1,700 annually
- Advanced neonatal therapies including:
- HFOV & HFJV
- Inhaled nitric oxide
- Therapeutic hypothermia

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
