American Road Group is seeking a Shop Driver at Laconia Harley-Davidson in Meredith, NH!

Summary

Aid Sales and Service with delivery and pick up of customer motorcycles.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload motorcycles for delivery.
• Drive motorcycles safely to and/or from their destinations.
• Clean and detail new and pre-owned units when not delivering motorcycles.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop vehicle.
• Assist service department and Shop Porter/Helper when there are no deliveries
• All other duties as assigned.

• Requires a clean driving record and a motorcycle license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
• Excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to handle requests quickly and courteously.
• Follow directions thoroughly and efficiently.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, sit, stand, push and pull.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
• Requires use of both hands.
• Requires the ability to balance and push a 600+ lb. motorcycle.
• Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
• Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other materials in shop.
• Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes and other airborne particles.
