RN - General Nursing Services at Ray County Hospital & Healthcare – Richmond, Missouri

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care primarily within the Emergency Department (ED), with the flexibility to float to the Inpatient Unit as needed to support patient care and staffing needs. This role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluation the care of patients with acute and chronic health conditions. The RN demonstrates strong clinical judgement, adaptability, and teamwork in managing both emergent and ongoing inpatient care, ensuring continuity and qualit of care throughout the patient's stay.

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri.

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire or within 30 days.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
