About This Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crewleader to join our team in the Accommodation and Food Services industry. As a Crewleader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment in Newberg, A0044. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are performing their duties efficiently and effectively. You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in the food service industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
  • Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner

Skills:

As a Crewleader, you will utilize your strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate your team members. You will also use your knowledge of food service industry regulations and procedures to ensure that our establishment is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will use your organizational and problem-solving skills to manage inventory levels and resolve customer complaints. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential to your success in this role.
