Superintendent - Responsibilities:

The Superintendent’s primary duty is to assist the Regional Director of Maintenance in their duty by leading the Maintenance Team to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and team members by maintaining the physical integrity of the property.

• Maintain the physical condition of entire property.
• Lead and supervise the maintenance team.
• Maintain relationships with other team members and residents, suppliers, vendors, and professionals servicing the company or property.
• Diagnose and performs all minor, major, and routine maintenance.
• Handle inventory.
• Ensure preventative maintenance and safety protocols are established and met.
• Report to Regional Director of Maintenance.

Superintendent - Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years full-time maintenance experience.
• Ability to supervise, teach, and motivate team.

• Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and various appliances.
• Willingness to perform tasks required and to learn and grow.
• Confident, positive attitude, good communications skills, and an ability to interact with a wide range of people.
