Data Analysis & Evaluation - Contract Position

CareerWise is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that creates life-changing opportunities for the youngest generation of America’s workforce. We build industry-led, student-centered, modern youth apprenticeships through classroom and on-the-job learning, providing flexible, alternative pathways to economic mobility. We have hundreds of CareerWise apprentices in the workplace, charting new paths to academic and career success. In addition, workforce and education leaders from across the country have visited CareerWise to learn about our youth apprenticeship model. As a result, our programs have launched in multiple states, leveraging our institutional knowledge, technology, and infrastructure.

Who We Are Looking For:

CareerWise Colorado seeks a contract Senior Manager to drive organizational change through data-driven insights. You'll transform our Salesforce-based data culture while analyzing program effectiveness to inform strategic decisions. The role is expected to require 20 hours per week for six months.



What You’ll Be Doing

Build Data Narratives | Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling stories and visual reports that

highlight trends, impact, and strategic implications for leaders, funders, and partners.

Create Strong Systems | Design repeatable processes, data governance guides, and automated workflows to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient data collection across platforms.

Drive Change & Adoption | Lead Salesforce training, develop toolkits, and foster a data-driven culture by tracking adoption, addressing staff feedback, and building confidence in new systems.

Connect the Dots | Link program outcomes to data strategies, creating feedback loops and dashboards that inform continuous improvement and strengthen program design.

Deliver Impact | Monitor KPIs, conduct gap analyses, and provide actionable recommendations through reports, memos, and dashboards that directly shape organizational decisions.

Ensure Long-Term Success | Deliver a six-month transformation snapshot and sustainability roadmap to embed practices, tools, and insights that endure beyond the role.



What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of data analytics experience with proven change management success

  • Salesforce expertise (Nonprofit Success Cloud, Case Management, dashboards)

  • Track record of using data to drive organizational transformation

  • Strong presentation skills and cross-functional leadership experience

  • Systems thinking approach to data collection and integration
