The Stacked Enchilada (privately owned) in Bagdad, AZ is looking for Team Members and aspiring Chefs to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an active self-starter who is willing to do the Work & create memorable experiences not only for every guest but with the people you work with. Motivation and willingness to learn is key. A person who is ambitious, engaged, punctual and communicative will be a good fit for this role.

What to expect:

If offered a career with us, you will enter into a 3-4 week Trial Period where you will be trained in every role with the anticipation of being permanently hired on. Permanent Hire comes with a pay raise, tip inclusion and after a 90-day probation period, access to our benefits!

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and cooking (Including but not limited to meat, sauces and food presentation)
• Register responsibilities and kind, intuitive customer interaction - we are in the business of making people exceptionally happy!
• Consistent cleanliness and kitchen clutter awareness
• Cross training in all Restaurant Roles (Grill Chef, Cold Chef, Front of House & Support)
• Dishwashing (shared by all roles)
• Assisting workflow in all areas
• Organizing inventory after receiving shipments
  
  We are looking for part-time full-time candidates who are willing to be on-call and/or cover shifts.
