We serve high-income families and businesses with a full range of plumbing and gas fitting services, specializing in well and pressure systems, emergency repairs, remodels, and seasonal maintenance.
As an Experienced Service Technician, you will be the face of Crystal Water Plumbing for our residential and commercial clients. You’ll diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with professionalism and integrity, while providing exceptional customer service and educating clients about their options.
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and installations for plumbing and gas systems (including water heaters, boilers, drains, piping, leak detection, and more).
- Respond to emergency service calls and routine maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism.
- Deliver clear explanations of findings, solutions, and pricing to customers.
- Upsell additional services and membership programs when appropriate.
- Complete all required paperwork and digital documentation accurately using Field Pulse or similar software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company SOPs, and local plumbing codes.
- Participate in ongoing training, skill development, and company meetings.
- Represent Crystal Water Plumbing’s values and brand at all times.
- Minimum 3 years’ professional plumbing experience (service work preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Maryland journeyman or master plumber license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling and documentation.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
