About This Position
Job Summary Reporting to the Library Director and/or designee, the Principal Clerk will support Library functions in an administrative, technical and clerical role, ensuring the efficient operation of department activities through oversight of records, correspondence, billing, and customer service functions. Will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized departmental files and requires strong organizational skills. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual that can successfully manage multiple competing priorities and projects in an environment with frequent interruptions. Additionally, this position shall assist in general office duties and perform related work as requested by the Library Director.Full Job Description
