  • Work with business units to identify technology needs, evaluate solutions, and align application roadmaps with organizational objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of leadership or managerial experience, including team management and delivery oversight.

  • Proven experience managing application development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform, including architecture, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint architecture, and Microsoft 365 administration.

  • Knowledge of business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, implementation partners, project resources, and application operations.

  • Familiarity with system integration, data migration, application connectivity, and data governance.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Preferred: Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors or other enterprise HR and business applications; leading enterprise application modernization and digital transformation initiatives; establishing application governance, security policies, and compliance standards; and managing cross-functional teams through large-scale implementations.

Benefits:
  • Full-time employment.

  • Work-from-home arrangement.

  • Open salary, with compensation flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

  • One-month signing bonus.

  • Opportunity to lead enterprise application strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
