The Role
As the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, compliance, and revenue growth. You’ll lead a team of talented individuals and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Support F&B staff ensuring they are set up to succeed.
- Provide feedback to staff and ensure the smooth operations of F&B areas
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, employment laws, and AGLC regulations.
- Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining quality and anticipating needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years in hospitality or F&B management, with 1+ year in a leadership role. Gaming experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to analyze and interpret financial information.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Certifications: AGLC ProServe certification and the ability to pass a criminal record check.
