Licensed Mental Health Clinician in Tutwiler, Mississippi at HUCKEYE HEALTH SERVICES LLC

Location: Tutwiler, MS 38963
Pay Range: $36-$37 per hour

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to provide behavioral health and mental health services in Tutwiler, Mississippi.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, experience providing mental health services, and an active, unrestricted professional license. Candidates with experience in corrections or detention counseling are highly encouraged to apply.

• Provide mental health assessments and clinical evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals.

• Monitor patient progress and document clinical services.

• Identify mental health needs and recommend appropriate interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following:

  • Social Work

  • Psychology

  • Mental Health Counseling

  • Related clinical field

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a comparable position.

• Pre-licensure training experience may count toward the required experience.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state where services are provided.

Nice To Have

• Experience working as a Corrections Counselor or Detention Counselor.
