About the Role:

The Make Ready Technician II plays a critical role in preparing residential and commercial properties for new tenants by ensuring all maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades.
• Experience working in multi-family residential or commercial property maintenance.

Responsibilities:
