Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts to meet client needs
• Communicate with caregivers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
• Respond to staffing needs, call-outs, and emergencies promptly
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and caregiver engagement activities
• Collaborate with care managers and office staff to ensure high-quality service

Qualifications:

• Experience in scheduling, staffing, or healthcare coordination (home care preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Tech-savvy (familiarity with scheduling software and Microsoft Office)
