Re-entry Specialist at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – Raleigh, North Carolina

Position Description:

Are you passionate about helping individuals successfully transition back into the community? As a Re-entry Specialist, youll work directly with individuals served to plan for discharge, coordinate community resources, and reduce recidivism. This is a meaningful opportunity to guide individuals toward independence, stability, and a successful return to the community.

What Youll Do
In this role, youll serve as the primary point of contact for community agencies, coordinate aftercare referrals, and schedule follow-up appointments. Youll assess needs for benefits, medications, and housing, assisting with applications and ensuring continuity of care. Youll also help individuals navigate legal requirements, such as future court dates and registration obligations, and provide individual and group interventions to support successful reintegration. Throughout, youll demonstrate cultural and age-specific competency while collaborating with treatment teams to promote long-term success.

What Were Looking For

Education: Bachelors degree in social work, counseling, or a related field (required) Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience (preferred) Why Join Us
