Barista/Cashier - Cloud 11 Pop Up at Ciccio Restaurant Group – Tampa, Florida

We are excited to open our new pop up location, Cloud 11, in South Tampa - projected for early March 2026.

Candidates selected for this position will need to attend training opening week.

Training details, including exact dates and times, will be discussed during interviews.

Our BARISTAS / CASHIERS are the first point of contact for our guests, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate counter service while preparing matcha and cold brew beverages. This role is focused on cashier responsibilities, beverage preparation, and supporting food flow through light expo duties. Baristas / Cashiers help create a smooth guest experience by maintaining order accuracy, clear communication, and an organized front-of-house environment.

THE BASICS

• Prepare and serve matcha and cold brew beverages according to brand standards
• Operate the POS, take guest orders accurately, and handle cash and credit transactions
• Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, answering menu questions, and resolving issues promptly
• Support expo by organizing orders, calling tickets, and ensuring accuracy before handoff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked counter, beverage station, and expo area
• Restock cups, lids, matcha, cold brew, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, utensils, and guest-facing areas
• Support the team during busy service periods to maintain speed and flow
• Assist with opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned
• Participate in training to learn menu items, service standards, and systems
• Provide additional support to the restaurant during peak volume as needed

PRE-REQs

• 16 years of age or older
