What You'll Do

SLP Duties:

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, swallowing, fluency, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover and progress
  • Document services in Raintree EMR and maintain a balanced, manageable caseload
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and clinical collaboration

Requirements

What You'll Need:

For SLPs:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state SLP license
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
