About This Position

About Rehab at Your Place

Rehab at Your Place is an early intervention agency, providing families in Shelby County, TN with developmental, speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. At Rehab at Your Place, we believe in the potential of every child — and we show up every day to nurture that potential.

Our clinician-owners bring lived experience and professional expertise to every layer of the practice — from direct service to program design. Their leadership is guided by three core values:

  • Equity in Action: We prioritize inclusive, equitable hiring practices and are intentional about building a diverse team that reflects the children and families we support.
  • Investing in People: Through mentorship and ongoing training, we empower our therapists to grow in confidence, skill, and compassion — because we know that supported providers create meaningful, lasting impact.
  • Family-Focused Care: We believe that families are a child’s first and most important teachers. Our team partners with caregivers to provide personalized, in-home therapy that fits each family’s unique rhythm and goals.
