We are an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP) in St. Louis, fueled by the passion of our team and client referrals. Crafting personalized IT solutions is our forte, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our crew. We are seeking a Field Network Consultant who enjoys being onsite with clients, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping implement solutions that align with best practices. This role blends end-user support, infrastructure work, and hands-on implementation with a strong emphasis on client communication and long-term improvement—not just fixing what’s broken today.
Position Summary
The Field Network Consultant is a client-facing, field-based role responsible for identifying issues within client environments, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions across end-user, server, network, and cloud technologies.
While reactive support is part of the role, this position goes beyond closing tickets. Success comes from understanding how environments should be designed, identifying root causes, improving security and stability, and clearly communicating recommendations to clients.
The ideal candidate is technically capable, communicative, and proactive—someone who enjoys working directly with clients, takes ownership of outcomes, and collaborates closely with internal teams.

- Collaborate closely with Support Services and Professional Services teams to ensure client environments remain aligned with ATB standards.
